The Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry is located in the Baptist Church at 8 Layfayette St.  The pantry is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-11 a.m. except on major holidays.  Non-perishable food items may be dropped off at the church Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon and at Town Hall during regular business hours.  For more information call 781-245-2510.  Additional food resources can be found by calling the state’s FoodSource Hotline 800-645-8333 (TTY 800-377-1292).  The hotline is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon.  Information is provided in 160 languages.
