Tickets for the third annual Blossoms at the Beebe are now on sale at Beebe Library and are also available for purchase online at Blossoms at the Beebe web site. Sponsored by Beebe Library and the Wakefield Chamber of Commerce, the annual Blossoms gala has become one of the spring’s most anticipated local events. The Saturday, April 10 Flower Show and Wine Tasting runs from 7-11 p.m. and will be a wonderful opportunity to mingle with neighbors, enjoy food, wine, music and dancing, view splendid floral arrangements and bid on a variety of items in the silent auction. Tickets for this 21+ event are now on sale for $25 per person at the Reference Desk at Beebe Library. Cash or checks made payable to “Wakefield Chamber of Commerce” will be accepted.

On Sunday, April 11, the library host a free Family Day and Open House from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. The library will be open for normal business and to welcome the community to enjoy the flower show. Special programs for families will also be part of the Sunday festivities. Sunday’s Family Day and Open House is sponsored by the The Savings Bank.

Proceeds from the Saturday event go toward the library’s book budget and the civic projects of the Chamber of Commerce. The past two Blossoms events sold out and were huge successes.
