Beebe Cove

Beebe Cove, or Beebe's Cove, is a small indentation located approximately in the middle of the eastern shore of Lake Quannapowitt. It is so called because the main house of Beebe Farm (now 142 Main Street) is located nearby.

In the image below, from an 1870 map, Beebe Cove can be seen on the right, just north of Cordis Street. The Beebe house is indicated as well ("L. Beebe")
