Two rooms are available for public meetings:

  • The Trustees Room on the second floor has 12 chairs and a table.
  • The Lecture Hall on the lower level has seating for 60 people, with an adjacent kitchenette. This room also has a pull-down projection screen and a hearing loop for participants with hearing loss.

Meeting room reservations are made by contacting the Director’s Office at 781-246-6335 or by using our online form. A valid library card is required when reserving online.

Individuals or groups using the rooms must agree to the Meeting Room Policy and submit a fully completed Reservation Form. When submitting a room reservation request online, you will receive an email with the policy and reservation form attached.
