Join us for an evening of wellness education, where you’ll learn how to use essential oils to support your immune system and emotional wellness this winter season. Learn what essential oils are, how they work, and how to use them to boost your mood naturally during the dark winter months as well as how to protect from illnesses from the inside out. We’ll talk about natural protocols and experience essential oils you can use to support your wellness. Our physical system is connected to our emotions so both must receive the extra support they need this season.
Emily Smith, originally from Wakefield, is the owner of Guide to Wholeness Healing, a holistic wellness and healing lifestyle business. She believes that wholeness means having joy in all areas of life. After her own healing journey and transitioning from a corporate marketing career, she is now a writer of a popular blog, coach, recovery advocate, and is certified in Integrative Wellness Coaching which uses natural tools such as meditation, tapping, and essential oils to helps guide others bring balance in their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies.
