Discover how Yoga can help you to quiet your thoughts and calm your mind and relax your body to sleep better at night (or for those cat naps during the day). Yoga can also provide you with tools to deal with your daily stress. Learn simple yoga moves and techniques that you can do anywhere for your ‘Everyday Yoga’ practice.

This session is an for all levels of yoga experiences and ages. Bring a mat and wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing for your ‘Everyday Yoga’ experience. If you have a blanket or beach towel, please bring that as well.

Rosanne Russell has been teaching mind body movement since 1999. She is a Yoga instructor (500-hr level) specializing in integrative therapeutics for all ages. She is also a Nia Technique Black Belt Instructor and Trainer. Her innovative teaching style is fun, compassionate and filled with creativity. Rosanne is deeply committed to making mindful movement accessible and attainable to every body, and that it is never too late (or early) to start your practice.
