This is an in-person program.  Qi gong is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that combines slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and mental focus to improve health and balance. Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese practice that combines slow, flowing movements and postures with deep breathing and meditation.
