Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms can be reserved for civic, educational, philanthropic, and recreational purposes only.

Meetings must be open and of interest to the public.

Meeting rooms cannot be used for private, business, commercial, or fundraising purposes. Examples of private meetings include interviews, family meetings, or condo association meetings.

Groups using meeting rooms must be sponsored by a Wakefield resident.

If your meeting fits these requirements, please complete the Meeting Room Policy and Reservation Form and return the original to Administration. Booking requests made without completed Reservation Forms will not be accepted.
